ABS Sheets

KASTLITE ABS plastic sheets are built for projects that need impact resistance and a clean, finished look. We stock both black ABS boards and white ABS boards with a textured front surface, all at 1/4" thickness. ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is the same family of plastic used in automotive trim, electronic housings, and industrial panels. It machines well, bonds with standard adhesives, and takes paint if you need a custom color.

Available Sizes and Pack Options

Our ABS sheets come in pack quantities of 1, 2, 4, and 8 so you can buy exactly what a project calls for. The 8-pack black ABS board is popular with fabricators and contractors who need consistent material across multiple builds. Each sheet has a textured front face and a smooth back, which gives you flexibility depending on the application.

Common Uses for ABS Board

We see customers use these ABS sheets for RV interior panels, garage wall liners, equipment enclosures, hobby projects, and signage backing. The material holds up well against impacts that would crack acrylic or warp thinner plastics.
