KASTLITE acrylic sheets (also called plexiglass) deliver the optical clarity and finish that glass provides, at half the weight and with much better shatter resistance. We carry both clear acrylic and colored acrylic sheets in 1/8" and 1/4" thicknesses, available cut to your exact dimensions. Acrylic transmits about 92% of visible light, which actually beats standard glass, and it machines cleanly with standard woodworking tools.
Clear Acrylic Plexiglass Sheets
Our 1/8" clear acrylic sheet is the most versatile option for picture frames, retail displays, sneeze guards, window replacements, and light fixture covers. The 1/4" clear acrylic sheet adds rigidity for larger panels where flex is a concern, such as tabletop protectors and freestanding barriers. Every clear sheet ships with a protective masking film on both sides.
Colored Acrylic Sheets
Our colored acrylic sheets are available in packs of 2, 4, and 8 for signage, art projects, architectural accents, and point-of-purchase displays. The color goes all the way through the material (not a surface coating), so edges look clean after cutting without any additional finishing.
Acrylic vs. Polycarbonate
