We offer laser cutting services for acrylic, polycarbonate, and other plastic sheet materials at KASTLITE. If you need a specific shape, size, or cutout that is not available off the shelf, our laser cutting fills that gap. I have processed custom orders for sign makers, display builders, lighting manufacturers, and hobbyists who needed exact dimensions.

Laser cutting gives you clean edges without the chipping or cracking that comes with saw-cutting plastics by hand. The beam follows your design file precisely, so circles, curves, notches, and tight-radius corners come out accurate to within a few thousandths of an inch.

Materials We Cut

We work with several sheet materials from our inventory, including acrylic sheets (clear, colored, and frosted) and polycarbonate sheets for higher impact resistance. If you need flat stock to start with, browse our plastic sheets collection for the full range of materials and thicknesses.

To request a custom laser cut order, contact us with your dimensions, material preference, and quantity. We can work from a drawing, PDF, or DXF file. Turnaround depends on complexity, but most standard orders ship within 5-7 business days from our Clearwater, FL facility.
