KASTLITE replacement lenses cover the widest range of light fixture types you will find from a single manufacturer. If you have a fluorescent wrap-around with a cracked cover, a jelly jar with a missing globe, a bollard that took a hit, or a hospital bed light that needs a new lens, we likely have the exact part. We manufacture our lenses in acrylic and polycarbonate to match the original material and optical properties of each fixture type.

How to Identify Your Replacement Lens

Start with the fixture brand and model number printed on the housing or ballast cover. If you can find that, matching the lens is straightforward. If the label is gone, measure the lens length, width (or diameter), and note whether the original was clear, frosted, or prismatic. Photos help too.
