Replacement Light Panels and Tube Covers

KASTLITE light panels and tubes are replacement covers for fluorescent and LED light fixtures. If the diffuser panel on your ceiling troffer is cracked, yellowed, or missing, a new panel restores the light output and appearance at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole fixture. I sell these to building managers, electricians, and maintenance teams who need to keep existing fixtures working without a full retrofit.

We carry flat and prismatic panels in standard 2x2 and 2x4 sizes. Tube covers (also called tube guards or sleeves) slide over individual T8 or T12 fluorescent tubes to protect them from breakage and contain glass if a tube shatters. Both product types are stocked in our Clearwater, FL warehouse.

Choosing Between Flat and Prismatic

Flat diffuser panels give a soft, even glow. Prismatic panels have a textured surface that directs more light downward, which can be better for task lighting in offices and retail spaces. If you are not sure which type your fixture uses, measure the panel dimensions and check whether the surface is smooth or textured.
